ALLOCATION OF RAISED CAPITAL

The primary allocation of funds will focus on upgrading existing recording facilities, compensating featured artists, renting equipment, and hiring crew members, producing content, and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy that encompasses print, social media, radio, and online advertising, including ad creation and magazine placements. INVESTMENT RETURNS

Revenue streams will be generated through sales, starting with tickets prices from $25 in transactions up $60 per person, available both online and at the event entrance. Prices may fluctuate hourly based on attendance, special guests, and the night activities. Monthly membership fees and VIP table groups of guests from 6, 8, 10, and 12 people sitting. This will contribute to the revenue income. Following each event, a portion of the funds will be set aside for dividend distribution to investors on a monthly, quarterly, or maturity date basis..
